Excellent Milo, I’m sure you spent as long as I did trying to myself on the footage!
The camera caught me rounding that final bend to reach the finish and I look every bit as laboured as I felt at the time! Thankfully, one of the ‘official’ photographs has captured me in much more of an action pose…
Oh, and the flash cut to the picture of Rab C Nesbitt really made me laugh!

Hi Paul. Thankfully my wife and her family were watching it and spotted me whilst i was having a much-needed post-run soak in the bath! Glad you like the Rab reference, I’m not sure I do! 😉
